While in Echometer, open the 1Password browser extension, select the entry for your Echometer credentials, and click the three dots in the upper right corner:
From the menu that opens, select the “Don’t sign in automatically” option:
1Password is known to incorrectly auto-submit the login form on my.echometerapp.com/login, leading to a magic link being sent rather than proceeding with the regular, password-based login. This is an issue with 1Password that is being discussed here.
In the meantime, there is a workaround:

1Password will now not attempt to auto-submit the login form anymore, allowing you to login normally via 1Password, even though the process now takes an additional click.
