If you’re running into issues with Echometer, support might ask you to reset the web app in order to test if a corrupted App state might be the source of your issues. Follow the steps below to do this.

Chrome / Edge / Brave

  1. Open the Developer Tools by pressing Ctrl + Shift + I on Windows, or Cmd + Option + I on Mac.
  2. With the Developer Tools open, right-click on the reload button in your browser.
  3. Click Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
  4. In the Developer Tools, click on the Application tab
  5. Open Local storage on the left hand side, right click on https://my.echometerapp.com, and click Clear
  6. Open Cookies on the left hand side, right click on https://my.echometerapp.com, and click Clear

Safari

  1. Open the Safari menu in your system menu bar and click on Preferences.
  2. Under Privacy, click on Manage Website Data.
  3. Find and click Echometer, then click Remove All.
