If you’re running into issues with Echometer, support might ask you to reset the web app in order to test if a corrupted App state might be the source of your issues. Follow the steps below to do this.
Ctrl + Shift + I on Windows, or Cmd + Option + I on Mac.Empty Cache and Hard Reload.Application tabLocal storage on the left hand side, right click on https://my.echometerapp.com, and click ClearCookies on the left hand side, right click on https://my.echometerapp.com, and click ClearSafari menu in your system menu bar and click on Preferences.Privacy, click on Manage Website Data.Echometer, then click Remove All.To the left of the URL bar, click the lock icon 🔒

Click Clear Cookies and Site Data
Click Remove
