What is the 1:1 tool in Echometer?

The 1:1 tool is designed to help team leads to manage their regular 1:1 meetings with employees right in Echometer. It helps you to:

• prepare your 1:1 meetings with a diverse library of Conversation Starters and Check-Ins
• share notes and agenda points
• collaborate with your 1:1 partner in a secure, shared place
• keep track of action items across all your 1:1s
• visualize trends of employee satisfaction and other factors

What is a “1:1 series”?

A 1:1 series represents an ongoing one-on-one meeting relationship between two people, typically a team lead and a team member. It provides a dedicated space for both participants to collaborate, share meeting notes, and track their regular conversations over time.

If you want, you can create multiple, separate “1:1 series” with the same person. You can also create “1:1 series” without inviting another participant to it.

When you invite a participant to a “1:1 series”, they’ll have to accept the invitation. Participants can also leave “1:1 series”.

What are the free usage limits for 1:1s?

Every workspace member can be a participant of up to two 1:1 series for free with no limitations.

What happens when I don't have a paid seat and I participate in two 1:1 series?

If you don't have a paid seat and participate in two 1:1 series already, you can no longer:

• Create new 1:1 series
• Accept invitations to join more 1:1 series
